Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Summer Games 2028 app (“the app”) collects, why, and what your choices are. The app is an independent project and is not affiliated with any sports organization. Questions: quadriq.apps@gmail.com.
No accounts, no personal profile
You do not need to sign up. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and we do not access your contacts, photos or files.
Data we collect
To deliver push notifications and keep the app up to date, the app sends our server:
- a random installation ID generated by the app (not linked to your identity),
- a push notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging,
- your operating system (Android or iOS), device language and region setting,
- the app version.
Like any web server, ours may briefly log technical request data such as IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.
Settings you choose in the app (for example theme or language) are stored only on your device.
Third-party services
- Google AdMob shows ads in the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address and usage data to show and measure ads. On iOS you are asked for permission before tracking. See how Google uses data in ads.

How we use data
Only to send notifications, provide app content, show which app version is current, and keep the service running. We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
Device data is kept while the app is in use and removed when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see Data Deletion.
Your choices
- Turn off notifications in your device settings.
- Reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings.
- Uninstall the app to stop all data collection.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
